Photo and Video Release TERMS

J’accorde à Le Dépôt Centre Communautaire d’Alimentation (le « Dépôt »), ainsi qu’à toute personne agissant sous l’autorité ou la permission du Dépôt (les « Renonciataires »), la permission de prendre en photo et de filmer mon image, ma voix et ma ressemblance (collectivement, le « Matériel Capté ») et la permission d’utiliser, modifier, copier, publier et reproduire librement le Matériel Capté, en tout ou en partie, sans limite de temps, de support, de format ou de territoire.

J’autorise le Dépôt et ses Renonciataires à partager le Matériel Capté avec les partenaires du Dépôt.
J’accepte que le Dépôt utilise le Matériel Capté avec ou sans mon nom, à toute fin légale, incluant par exemple la levée de fonds, la publicité et la promotion du Dépôt et de ses partenaires.

Je renonce à tout droit de vérification ou d’approbation de l’utilisation du Matériel Capté, maintenant ou dans le futur, que je sois au courant ou non de ces utilisations. Je renonce à toute réclamation que je pourrais faire valoir contre le Dépôt, ses partenaires et les Renonciataires découlant directement ou indirectement du Matériel Capté et de ses utilisations. Je renonce à tout droit de rémunération ou de compensation lié à l’utilisation du Matériel Capté. Je comprends que le Dépôt est le titulaire exclusif de tous les droits, titres et intérêts découlant du Matériel Capté ou qui y sont associés, incluant tout droit d’auteur.

J’AI LU ET JE COMPRENDS CE FORMULAIRE DE QUITTANCE ET J’Y CONSENS VOLONTAIREMENT.

I grant to The Depot Community Food Centre (“The Depot”), and all persons acting under The Depot’s permission and authority (the “Releasees”), permission to take photographs and record videos
of my image, voice and likeness (collectively, the “Captured Material”) and permission to freely use, modify, copy, publish, and reproduce the Captured Material, in whole or in part, without limitation of time, media, format or territory.

I grant to The Depot and its Releasees permission to share the Captured Material with The Depot’s partners.

I agree that The Depot may use the Captured Material with or without my name, for any lawful purpose, including for example fundraising, advertising, promoting and marketing The Depot or The Depot’s partners.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Captured Material, now or in the future, whether the use is known or unknown to me. I waive any claim I may have against The Depot, its partners and the Releasees arising directly or indirectly from the Captured Material and its use. I waive any right to any remuneration or compensation related to the use of the Captured Material. I understand that The Depot is the exclusive owner of all right, title and interest arising from or associated with the Captured Material, including any copyright.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS RELEASE FORM, AND I AGREE TO IT VOLUNTARILY.
